Week 0: Design & Approval

You share team details — colors, logo, roster, sport — and our in-house design team builds proofs across your full product range (jerseys, hoodies, shorts, pants, blankets, and more). Revisions happen here, before anything is manufactured.

Week 1-2: Production

Once a design is approved, made-to-order production typically completes in 1-2 weeks. Because nothing is produced speculatively, there's no waiting on a pre-existing inventory batch — your order goes into production the same day it's placed against an approved design.

Shipping

Finished orders ship directly to the customer or team, generally landing within 2-3 weeks of the original purchase when you account for production plus transit. For orders placed through a connected team store (via Shopify's Collective app or BCF's CrossDock integration by JWC Apps), the process is the same: the order syncs to BCF instantly and production starts the same day.
