What does it cost to get started?
There's a one-time $1,000 setup fee that covers custom design, product-file creation, listing setup, 3D art generation, SEO-optimized product descriptions, and physical samples of 7 products for your marketing and photography. Per-item and shipping pricing is shared as soon as you reach out.
How do I get paid?
You collect 100% of every sale — full price, tax, and shipping — upfront through your own store. You only pay Bench Clearers' per-item cost after the order ships, and it's handled automatically through the Shopify Collective app. No bank details, no upfront PO, no manual invoicing.
Do I have to hold any inventory?
No. Every item is made to order and shipped directly to your customer. There's no inventory to warehouse and no minimum order to pre-buy.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes, done together, once your Shopify store is connected through the Collective app. Most stores are live with products to activate the same day.
What do I need to get started?
A Shopify store using Shopify Payments, plus your logo and brand assets. We handle the design, manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping from there.
How long until my customer receives their order?
Every item is made to order and typically arrives within 2–3 weeks of purchase. T-shirts ship within just a few days.
Who handles customer service, returns, and damages?
Bench Clearers replaces damaged or defective items free of charge and supports returns and exchanges. You set your store's own policies and we back them up behind the scenes.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No long-term lock-in. The program runs month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.
