How It Works

  1. Your team store connects its Shopify store to BCF. This can be done through Shopify's official store-to-store app, Collective, or through BCF's own CrossDock integration, built by JWC Apps to connect to any eCommerce platform.
  2. BCF submits its team apparel catalog to your store through the app.
  3. You review and activate whichever products you want listed on your storefront.
  4. Customers order directly through your store, and you collect full payment at checkout.
  5. The order syncs instantly to BCF, and production starts the same day.
  6. The finished product ships directly to your customer, typically 2-3 weeks after purchase.

Payment flows through your Shopify balance — no bank details or manual invoicing required on either side. Flat-rate shipping ($8 USD domestic, $20 to Canada, $25 international) is built into the payout, so pricing stays predictable.

Returns, Exchanges & Defects Are on Us

Any returns, exchanges, damaged goods, or defective products are replaced by BCF at no cost to your store. You're not responsible for handling product-quality issues on the back end.
